A payment for walking or sitting service are to be, paid in full at the time of booking or on our first day service begins .
24 Hour notice is required. Any cancellation made after 7 am on the day of a scheduled service or series of services are not refundable. You can leave a voice mail message at the office prior to 7 am the day of the visit. All remaining paid services will be given a credit and can be used for future services.
All reservations for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s must be paid in full at booking.
Cancellations two weeks prior to first visit are 50% refundable for entire schedule and will be given a credit and can be used for future services.
Cancellations one week prior to first visit are 25% refundable for entire schedule and will be given a credit and can be used for future services.
Cancellations less than one week’s notice is non-refundable.
Holiday charges will be an additional $10 per visit for the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Christmas Eve.
Visits made between the hours of 9:00 pm and 7:00 am are subject to an additional $10 per visit.
Are accepted and may include an additional charge depending on the days schedule.
All medications, or therapies will be administered by a qualified employee in a timely manner to insure the quality of care.
We must have 2 working keys at the time of the consultation or give the sitter $2 to make a copy for the office. Key drop off/pick up charge of $15.
