Where are you located?

We service virtually all of Cobb County Marietta, GA (30060, 30062, 30064, 30066, 30067, 30068, 30090), Kennesaw, GA (30144, 30152) Smyrna, GA (30080); our administrative office is located in Marietta.

How do you ensure the quality of your pet sitters?

Any pet sitter we provide for the care of your pets will be our employee (not an independent contractor).  Potential employees are carefully screened for pet nurturing personality and ability.  The owner personally interviews candidates and checks personal and professional references of those who meet our highest standard of quality pet care. 

How do you train your pet sitters?

Some of our pet sitters have trained us!  Many of our pet sitters are Veterinary Technicians. We continue to seek out veterinary technicians as pet sitters.  All pet sitters are required to attend training to ensure our highest standard of quality pet care.

Are your pet sitters bonded?

Yes, each employee is covered by a Dishonesty Bond.

Do you carry liability insurance?

Yes, we are not self-insured as many services are. Our Liability Policy includes Property Damage and Personal Injury coverage.

Do you charge extra to administer medications (including shots)?

Yes, administering medications (ointments, salves, pills, shots, etc.) is on an individual need and time needed basis.

How do I make reservations?

All reservations are required to be made through our administrative office, not with our pet sitters.  We will be responsible for and responsive to only those reservations which come through our administrative office.  We staff our phones, have voice mail and e-mail, and we return calls promptly. 

How long do you spend with my pet?

How long would your pet like us to?  We are there to see to their needs.  We do know that higher maintenance or special care pets may require a little longer visit and that some pets simply require more attention and socialization than others. Our emphasis is to see to our client-pet's physical needs as well as his/her emotional needs.

How do I know your pet sitter actually shows up?

We hire responsible pet sitters.  To help them do their job properly, while assuring your confidence, we require them to leave you notes on a Daily Diary for each and every visit they make.  They inform you of your pet's behavior, his/her melancholy during your absence, as well as meal, exercise and general health details.  

How do I make payment to you?

Full payment is required prior to job commencement.  We accept Checks or cash at this time only. Those paying by check are required to make payment arrangements prior to the pet sitter's first visit. 

Should I tip my pet sitter and if so, how much?

That is entirely up to you. Treat our service as you would any other service. pet sitters are thrilled to receive monetary appreciation for a superior effort.  Some clients tip at Christmas, some a few dollars each visit, some give gifts or just do nice things for the pet sitter.  Nothing is expected.

Do you charge extra for holidays?

Yes, Unlike most other services, our prices remain unchanged throughout the year with one exception.  The exception is house sitting on Thanksgiving Day, New Year's Eve, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Easter, and Labor/Memorial day weekends and is in consideration of the house sitter being away from family during those holidays.

Is my sensitive data safe with you?

We treat your information as we do our own.  We don't sell or share anything about you.  Ever!  The data stored on computers and in files in our administrative office are accessible only by need-to-know employees, and then only for your benefit.
